We Connect with Tara Bokitch

We head to the community of Outlook this week as we are thrilled to have as our guest Tara Bokitch who is doing tremendous work in her community with parents and kids.
Tara is a sought after certified life coach, youth care worker and registered
therapeutic counsellor known for her dedication and approach to Saskatchewan youth and those who hold them. Known for her holistic approach Tara holds space gently as she invites her clients to unpack all of the things that keep them stuck.
Tara has a deep understanding of the experiences youth today face and it
has been through her personal experience in motherhood that she understands what it means to support not only a child but also oneself. The interconnected parent child relationship is complex and Tara creates a soft place for parents to land as they navigate fears and worries that are so very real, especially today. Tara’s motto “you don’t have to do it alone” is something she lives up to and often states “if we are not ok, our kids don’t stand a chance. Her work is a direct reflection of this statement.
Tara is the founder of the You Matter campaign, offering pro bono
therapeutic counselling services to youth in Saskatchewan in a timely manner. This passion project was established in September 2022. It was born out of the realization that affordability, attainability and availability of services left many youth unable to reach the support they not only need but moreover deserve.
Please join us as this will be very helpful and full of support tools!
