ALCOHOL & DRUG ADDICTION SUPPORT - NEW PROGRAM LAUNCH
Conversations over the past 4+ years that continue to resonate with me is "where can we get addition support?" without being turned away, or put on a list or take out a second mortgage to pay for it and get back on a healthy path...well you may want to tune in for this one as these two ladies are going to answer those questions!

Chelsea, carries a couple different roles in the spectrum of health and wellness…….. she is an Advanced Certified Stott Pilates Instructor and educator of quality movement. She teaches locally and have a tonne of fun running Pilates Retreats internationally. Pilates has been a huge part of her life both personally and professionally. This discipline comes naturally, it takes patience, discipline and continuous practice and she believes that’s what drew her to it and why she loves teaching it to others.
Along the same principles lies her passion of forever learning and enhancing her knowledge & education to be able to share and support others in the area of mental health and addictions. Chelsea has spent the last 20 years both personally and professionally learning and growing with a continued goal of empowering others. Today we are here to introduce a new program that is available to a variety of audiences that explores risk and what we can do to reduce our risk so we can protect the things we value the most in life. We each decide what we value most; Prime for Life gives us a way to reduce risk for future problems with alcohol and drugs but the formula/principles can be applied to a variety of things when we are considering biological vulnerabilities, psychological & social factors and personal choices.
This combination creates a level of risk that has an outcome, what is yours??? We are here for the conversations and look forward to the opportunity to introduce an evidence-based program out of the Prevention Research Institute in the US that is now available to you as an individual or your corporation in a wellness workshop style atmosphere.
There is a quote by Desmond Tutu that says “There comes a point where we need to stop just pulling people out of the river. We need to go upstream and find out why they're falling in.”. Prime for Life is about preventing people from falling into the river. Growth Happens Here!
