We Connect with Ashley Ewen & Jill Cowan

I hope that everyone had a great summer and had a chance to relax and reset...Then we blink and it's winter! It also a fact that struggles with our own mental health escalate come winter. This has been clearly evident this year especially with the increase of interest rates, cost of living, gas prices and so much uncertainty in the world. We are resilient people and in moments of need we always show up for each other!
We are glad to be back online for our video podcast series inviting amazing people throughout our community to have open conversations about metal health. We start up again with two amazing women that have lost a loved one to the battle of depression and suicide. Jill Cowan is the founder of Healing to the Max which was created in memory of her teenage son Max who took his own life. Now her and her partners are bringing healing to suicide survivors and much needed attention to the prevention of suicide. Ashley Ewen who is the daughter of our beloved Mark Anderson who took his own life almost now 4 years ago to the day. Ashley is a co-founder of our Love My Mind Mental Health Awareness Initiative and will be speaking openly to the public about her journey and struggles since the loss of her dad! If you know someone who struggles or someone who has lost please share this with them and even better watch with them! Much Love....
